Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is the pride of the Filipino people. The 240 - member House of Representatives of the Philippines, on August 7, 2008 issued a joint Resolution sponsored by South Cotabato Representative Darlene Antonino Custodio which recognize Manny Pacquiao as the "peoples champ" for his achievementsand in appreciation of the honor and inspirationin bringing to the Filipino people. The "pound for pound" boxing champion is the greatest world boxer that ever had who now holds 4 division titles.
